Re-balance
£300
A 6 week package consisting of;
1 x 90 minute Initial Consultation
which includes: a personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan, supplement recommendations, recipe ideas & handouts, guidance for GP or private functional testing (where appropriate)
5 x 30 minute weekly check-in calls
which includes: weekly food diary feedback & WhatsApp or email support (Monday-Friday)
A basic package most recommended for acute/general health concerns such as menstrual complaints, joint or muscle pain, recurrent colds/flu/allergies etc or maybe a curiosity in exploring a diet with a qualified helping hand.
(Note: option for fortnightly check-ins but the Re-balance package must be used within 3 months from enrolment)
Deep-dive
£400
A 3 month deep-dive package consisting of:
1 x Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
5 x fortnightly check-in calls (30 minutes each)
1 x Follow-up Consultation (60 minutes)
Recommended best for longer-time health complaints such as acne, weight gain/loss, burn-out, menopausal symptoms, fertility issues etc which require a more radical health and lifestyle change. To discover and address the root of concern and implement a successful plan requires longer-term support.
Please note: A comprehensive test may be recommended to better understand the underlying health picture. This cost is separate and may require a test result call package at an additional price. Tailored specific plans and packages can be discussed together.
(The Deep-dive package must be used within 6 months from enrolment)
Radical Transformer
£600
A 6 month in-depth package consisting of:
1 x Initial Consultation
5 x fortnightly check-in calls
1 x Follow-up Consultation
5 x more fortnightly check-in calls post-follow-up
Recommended best for chronic health conditions & diagnoses such as IBS, CFS/MS, fibromyalgia, diabetes, IBD/Crohn’s, autoimmune conditions, cancer diagnoses etc which require a transformation in health and lifestyle choices. To discover and address the root of disease and implement a successful plan requires long-term support.
Please note: A comprehensive test may be recommended to better understand the underlying health picture. This cost is separate and may require a test result call package at an additional price. Tailored specific plans and packages can be discussed together.
(The Radical Transformer package must be used within 10 months from enrolment)
What do I receive in an Initial Consultation?
A 90 minute session held online. Includes a thorough medical history, diet diary assessment, as well as looking into your current health status and symptoms.
You will receive a one month’s plan of dietary & lifestyle recommendations, tailored supplements and advice on testing where necessary.
Includes a personal client account on a separate integrated health practitioner platform provided by HealthPath Pro with a direct messaging service for ongoing support outside of consultations.
Additional resource materials are also available for free upon request such as recipes, podcasts, informational leaflets & more! All developed with the most up-to-date research.

What do I receive in a Follow-Up Consultation?
(Only bookable after an initial consultation)
A 1 hour session that is highly recommended between 4-8 weeks after your initial consultation.
It includes a thorough review of your dietary plan, any uptake with lifestyle recommendations & your supplement tolerance. This will be an opportunity to update recommendations in relation to symptoms & health concerns still present or where your goals may have changed in response to the initial service. If relevant we will also review any test results together whether functional or through the GP, which will further inform your personalised plan.
*£110 paid in-full or 2 monthly instalments of 55
